Our family has been going to the Jaffrey- Rindge Veterinary Hospital for close to 20 years and have always received professional care and courtesy . Dr.Greer and his staff show great concern for our pets needs. I truly appreciate the follow up calls if our animals received a procedure or a new medication. He is someone my wife and I highly would recommend.

The staff is usually very friendly however the doctor is quite rude at times. At times he has made me feel as if I'm imposing on his time and one time during a routine visit he actually yelled at my 8 year old son for talking as he was telling the doctor how his dog was doing. My son was not only embarrassed but very upset. How rude yelling at an 8 year old. He also doesn't like giving prescriptions for you to get meds at petmeds or other pet perscription stores. I don't feel like he cares about the pets like he used to years ago.

I highly recommend this veterinary practice because of the obvious caring the Dr has shown toward my pet. He always cared for my older dog and it showed to my dog because he always loved to go to the vet. Now I have a new puppy and he came out and greeted my new puppy with enthusiasum and friendliness.

I just wanted to say that I was very impressed by the throughness of the staff and the Dr in being informative. I didn't really have too many questions to start with but the information that I was given, gave me the education that I should have had and now do have. I really appreciate my treatment as well as my pet's care.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. They always take the time to answer all of my questions and I always feel like they listen to me. The Dr does an unbelievably full exam like I have never seen before. It is so comprehensive, that I feel that he wouldn't miss a thing on my dog. I am very confident that my pet's heathcare is fully cared for here. I was also very impressed at the promptness of testing results for my dog's bloodwork and the wonderful courtesy of the Dr's follow up phone call to me! That is service I haven't gotten before!
