Avenel Iselin Medical Group (AIMG) has served the community as a primary care group since 1956. During the past several years, AIMG has expanded its medical services by incorporating several specialty physicians as well as diagnostic services that afford our patients comprehensive medical care under one roof. AIMG utilizes state-of-the-art, electronic medical records and electronic prescribing. Our mission is to incorporate technology to support patient care, to provide outstanding medical services and communication with our patients and to support and enhance the medical care that our patients receive outside of the AIMG environment.
