They came out since my carbon monoxide alarm had been sounding and it smelled like gas only to charge me 80$ and tell me nothing was wrong. They then said that my carbon monoxide detector probably needs batteries and that SEMCOs Carbon monoxide detector must not have been accurate in the reading they did. The tech ran the furnace for a few and then took a lighter to my system..a new company is coming out and they said if they cannot find a problem by running the furnace they will use a camera and do a thorough check until they find a problem. Oh, and the owner made sure to tell me "if our 800$ CO reader doesn't detect a CO leak, there isn't one." Beware if you have a carbon monoxide leak...this company will get you killed.

My husband and I woke up to water all over the floor due to the hot water tank bursting. We had an infant son who needed bottles, baths and laundry done. Four Season's Heating came out the same day, for no cost and replaced the tank with a brand new larger one...all for free!
