I have a 1983 Chevy Handicap Long Van that pulled to the left when breaking...otherwise ran and handled great using 16-18MPG in town, and 18-20 OTR. $174 later they said they found a lot more damage, including tie-wraps holding things together. I know how to fix things and know I would have seen any tie-wraps holding things together. Lied to me and told me $2400 to fix "their findings". Can't buy another handicapped vehicle for near that figure so I was trapped into their fix. But their repair was extremely poor, slow, sloppy, overpriced 'take advantage of handicapped' service and fun for them to nearly destroy. They told me they had only one "old-style" mechanic, and that all their other mechanics were the "Plug-In and Out" module re-placer types. They wanted an original $2400, but accepted my "dark-corner reply bid" of "only" $2000 to fix...I was about to have a legitimate panic attack when I caved in to the pressure. The results are extremely sloppy work that took me 4 return trips and still no satisfaction. Disconnected Spark Wire, refused to check the mechanic's poor work, Gen. Mgr. told me to "Go Away and not come back", no follow-up from their dealership, and no returned or displayed "bad parts" returned to me proving their diagnosis and to show me they were honest. My ChevyVan now has very reduced power unlike what it did before the $174 Break Job. My DAV Caregiver found that one spark plug lead had been disconnected and not reconnected for some reason. She reconnected it for me; Love Chevrolet had no comment when I asked about what I personally think of as, "Why me?". The new brakes now squeal, scraping-noises, and pulse when applying gently as I do when stopping at a Red Light, but the General Manager told me I'm not allowed to take my Van back to Love Chevrolet for any follow-up or subsequent repairs or future service of ant kind. I had to borrow money from a friend to pay for the horrible "repairs". My mileage is now 11-13 MPG on the empty/flat highway at a steady 60 MPH. I live on

I bought my "Almost " new Mitsubishi at Love Chevrolet. Brendan Prue was great , Steve Milli was good too, but they were topped by my salesman Mark Emory , and Ryan Prue..These guys were great!

Do not buy from this dealer. A dealer who would sell a 90 year old woman a 2002 Ford Focus for $10,000. has no right being in business. To take advantage of an elderly lady in this manner is the lowest form of business practice. Shame on you....how would you like your mother to be treated in this manner? No wonder the auto industry is failing! The American public has no faith in USA auto and this is one reason why...I wouldn't buy a Chevrolet or a Ford if I had to walk!!!!
