Get ready to wait in a dirty facility that throws hidden charges at you upon check out. First off it took me 7 calls over a 5 day period just to reach a live person and not a voicemail service to schedule my second appointment. If you do leave a voicemail, it is not returned. It is frightening to think that you canʻt reach any live person in the case of an emergency. First visit: 1 hour wait after scheduled appointment. Second visit: 1 hour wait after scheduled appointment only to tell me that they couldn't help me because their staff were too busy and to come back the next day. Third visit, THREE HOUR WAIT with $68 in additional hidden charges that they did not disclose ahead of time after I was given the total breakdown prior to any procedures. When I tried to refute the difference I was told that is what their charges are despite the quote I was given. All that time spent in the waiting room and you hear stories. It sounded a lot like this is the kind of facility that makes your pet more sick so they can throw crazy charges at you. I spoke with one person who brought their 7 year old dog in for a neuter and ended up almost loosing their dog with a $3,000.00 bill due to an "allergic reaction to antibiotics." Another person said they lost their dog after having to bring him in for "daily transfusions" for over a month! If you love your pet, I would avoid this place completely.

Every dog I have had has been seen at aloha vet and I been with them for 19 years and have never ever had a problem...I will have to say dr. lei is the best!
