My bernese mountain dog Sierra died at this kennel of bloat. My cocker spaniel had her

eye injured and received no medical care until we came and picked her up, no one called us to say she had been injured. Her eye had to be removed. I am heartbroken.

I wanted to update my 2007 review of Bayside Animal Lodge with a report of my recent experience with Robert (owner) and the B.A.L. staff. While I was on a recent business trip, my elderly Lab became ill (GI distress) right before my return. Robert immediately consulted with my Vet and then provided my pet with focused, compassionate care. Fortunately, she did not require a trip to the Emergency Vet Clinic (although B.A.L. was prepared to take that step, if necessary). When I went to pick up my girl, Robert was waiting for me with a detailed report of exactly what was done (and why) and he had a vet appointment already made for me.



My girl has made a full recovery and I want to thank Robert and the B.A.L. staff for taking such excellent care of her. We will be back again next month! Thanks Robert and your great staff….you are the best!
