      Turner Commercial Properties is a full service commercial real estate company that specializes in the marketing of both improved and unimproved commercial properties for sale and for lease in Williamson County. Steve Turner, broker and owner, has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for nearly 40 years. Since beginning his real estate career with J. B. Goodwin Realtors in 1981, as a broker and manager he has experienced almost every kind of commercial sales and leasing transaction imaginable. In 1990, Steve moved to San Diego where he acquired his California brokers license and oversaw the acquisition, management and sales of over 1,400,000 square feet of improved commercial properties specializing in office/service product type. In 1995 he sold the commercial real estate company in San Diego and moved back to the Austin area. In 1999 Steve Turner founded Turner Commercial Properties and made Georgetown its home. Since its opening, Mr. Turner has closed over $100,000,000 in commercial real estate during his career. In 2016 Chip Edmiston and Mason Turner joined Turner Commercial Properties. Chip started learning real estate through the finance industry, where he was a loan officer for several years. After getting his real estate license, Chip began specializing in residential and farm and ranch properties, before ultimately wanting to expand his specialization into commercial sales and leasing. Mason Turner is a 2013 graduate of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Prior to returning home to Georgetown, Mason spent three years in Houston learning sales and leasing of the retail and office sub-markets in Houston.
