Been using Community Veterinary Hospital for many decades ... for ALL our animals. We rescue greyhounds, who need special care. They've also taken care of every other animal (dog, cat and other) we've owned.

This place is great. It's sort of like a mini Kaiser medical clinic for Dogs. They have an adjacent pet hotel, where they also do grooming ... and a low cost spay and neuter clinic down the street.

The staff are all friendly and caring ... even when the place is filled with pets. Except for surgeries, there are no appointments needed. To get your pet seen, just drop in.

The Best

Dr Grant, Dr. Weidenkeller, Dr. Ericson are the best. I have been taking my animals here for 5 years. Totally trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Rude Office Staff

I'm considering changing to another vet because of the RUDE Office Staff. Patty has not one time been cordial when I've phoned. She is always sharp and sarcastic. Additionally, the staff does not inform you adequately about anything. It is always a guessing game.

This place ROCKS!

I drive about 30-40 mins to get to this office. But if I lived out of state this is where I would take my pets. The staff is friendly. The Doctors compassionate and knowledgeable. Fees are more than reasonable. I have gotten to the desk and said "that's all?". It is a CLINIC so there are no appointments. There can be a wait but well worth it. Bring a book or DS. I work with a rescue group and we use several different vets because our volunteers are all over the OC. There are many vets closer to my home and work but Community is my personal vet and my vet of choice when I am with rescue. There is no place better!
