The biggest reason that I go to Taho is because of the manager Jacob! I live in Blaine and have kids at a variety of ages that play a variety of sports and I always went to the sports stores close to me (Dave,s Letterman's Planet Soccer, Play-It again, etc). One day last August I was in the area came into Taho and the (at the time new) manager Jacob helped me find mouth-guards for 3 of my kids and was able to explain the benefits and differences of each different kind. I also realized the Taho has a GREAT selection of Under Armour clothing. I was only in Taho one other time before that a few years ago and when I walked in the 2 male employees working were talking and did not say a thing to me and I walked out and they didn't say goodbye (the store was also a horrible mess). I vowed never to go back to Taho. BUT since that one experience with the manager Jacob, I have come back at least 2 times per month (more when there are sales). Jacob has done a great job keeping me loyal because of his knowledge and outgoing personality. I have directed at least half a dozen people to get there uniforms through Jacob and they all have had GREAT experiences.I see a lot of recent reviews mention great experiences with Jacob and all the credit is due.

I came into the Taho store in Andover last Friday to purchase a softball glove for my daughter, there where 2 young men working at the time, one an employee and one a manager. The young man employee was able to answer a large variety of questions and was very helpful. When I began my onslaught of questions around bats, the manager began to help answer and show me what were good "legal" bats and which ones were the old "illegal" bats and how to easy tell the different (thumbprint symbol!). The young man employee was watching and listening to the manager explain bats to me and when a new customer came in he was able to explain the the information about bats that the manager explained to the new customer. It was great to see 2 employees at different levels give such great service. We will definitely be back.

The manager that the Taho store is always so helpful! Able to explain products and help find the right item always! Recently bought a glove based and broke it in based on Jake's suggestion and it worked great! Me and my family only go to Taho for out equipment and apparel needs!!!!!!

I came into Taho about 3 months ago looking to outfit daughters soccer team with uniforms. The uniforms turned out amazing (exactly the art I brought in) and were done within 1 week! When I came in yesterday, the manager of the store remembered me by name! THAT IS SERVICE!!!! On top of all that they also have the best selection of Andover apparel anywhere. Thanks Taho and thanks Jake (store manager)!

I have been going to Taho for years and will continue by business as long as I am living!I have used Taho for everything from team orders, business orders, tees, sweatshirts, sports equipment, trphies, you name it!The store have the best selection of St. Francis apparel around!Every single piece of sports equipment, trophy, or clothing I purchase will be from Taho!

I had these guys make our softball uni's for the 5th straight year and have to say that I can't imagine what would make me ever change. Nice guys easy to work with, good for a laugh and on time. I'd send anyone there with on hesitation.
