If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! They are rude, incompetent, unprofessional, and uneducated. They have failed to give messages to my doctor not once, but multiple times, and when questioned about it, they refuse to give you any information and hang up. They are in desperate need of training being that they lack customer service and communication skills. I will most definitely be filing a complaint with my doctor. Fails to provide the service that they are hired for. Poor Quality!!!!

I contracted with this company to answer my phones. The first day, they struggled to get the simple script right that I had given them. Eventually they got it right or near right, but after one day of "trial," I quit the operation not believing their answering staff to be professional enough or "convincing" enough. I wanted a call answering service to simulate real people answering my phones as if they represented ME. Kim's answering service told me they were only an answering service. When I quit (after one day of use), I was still asked to pay the entire $45.00 one-month contract I had signed, plus tax. That surprised me because I expected them to forgive the contract since I quit the same day I started, disappointed in the experience. However, I was not granted that courtesy and was asked to pay the $45. So if you need strictly a human to answer a phone, they were good--but I think they're not the right service if you are looking for anything more than that.
