Presently, Mr. Gevers is a member of the Allen County Bar Association: Criminal Defense Attorneys section, the National College for DUI Defense, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Gevers is an associate member of the International Association of Forensic Nurses. Mr. Gevers is qualified in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, Basic Datamaster and Evidential Breath Alcohol Testing, and Forensic Interviewing. He has also been certified as a Civil and Family Law Mediator. Mr. Gevers has served as faculty for Finding Words Indiana, the National Advocacy Center, and the U.S. Department of Transportation. He routinely provides instruction on defense, trial tactics, and motivation.
