don't shop here bad bad bad

Just called to ask for a part and before giving truck year was told they don't have it. I asked if they wanted my business and the guy hung up on me. Poor Customer service!!! (2/17/2017)

have always been treated great,prices are very good ,the people on here that say otherwise should not be going there in the first place. If you have brains and ANY common sense it is safe and you can usually find everything you need.These people that are on here complaining should go to the parts store and pay full price anyway.

very unsafe. not only that theres no order at all. vehicles just literally thrown around to the point where they are damaging other vehicles. theres barely any parts left on what inventory (if thats what you want to call it) they have! now dont get me wrong its a JUNK yard . i love to take a day and and check out the sites see what they got but this place, ... i couldnt wait to get my parts and go....didnt even want to get into the vehicle in fear of rouge forklift......not kool...needs a revamp!

They can't give you a straight answer on how much a part will cost . They give you one price before you pull it then when you pull it and go pay for it the give you a different price.

Some one should do something so that people aren't allowed to enter and search for parts untill the place is safe. They won't let you go into other places that are safe. And they make you sign. It's impossible to find anything because it's so dangerous and unorganized. And they told us we would find our part. Way back in a corner on the other side. They didn't have any vehicles that were what we needed. And you don't have any idea of the charge for the part until you take it up to them. Charged us to get in and wouldn't refund money.

called them on my parts for the car tell me they have the car.get there charge me to enter.no car there not even any close to what I ask for. then when I tell them it not there they get rude with me.lucky someone gave me the name of a salvage yard that took care of me.

Tens of thousands of hours are wasted every year by people going to look for parts which they don't have. Bad business model! Get a computer, number the cars, and keep track of things. You could then tell the people if you don't have a part over the phone so they don't waste their life. This is a kicker, if they don't even have the make your looking for they keep your money! If your time is worth less than nothing, Great place!

I dont think its a good place to go. They dont know what they have so you have to pay a dollar to get in and half the time they dont have it. I know a dollar not alot but if u go in and come out with nothing its pure profit for them. On top of that its not even a safe place to go because they just throw the cars where every they can and you cant walk through. Theres a better place in Ft. Myers called auto parts salvage. Its free to get in and its safer.

I am moving to Leghi Acres in the AM and want to reconstruct a VW bug and am looking to find if you sell cars in whole.I had a really bad Harley wreck and this is part of my therapy.Too it is a dream that I did once and want to do again.The cars condition isn't important because it'll be chopped up and rebuilt with a new motor.Please give me a shout back to ease my thoughts and concerns.THANX!!CYA!!!
