San Francisco Street), doctors Lex and Quigley see patients in satellite clinic locations in Sedona (Sedona Medical Center, 3700 Highway 89A and 95 Soldier Pass RD C-2), Cottonwood (401 Calvary Way), Kingman (Deering Physical Therapy, 1841 Morrow Ave). They perform most of their surgery in Northern Arizona SurgiCenter, their state-licensed, Medicare-certified, AAAHC-accredited ambulatory surgery center, which is located in the Plastic Surgeons of Northern Arizona building at 1020 N.
