I've used them for service for about 4 years and they have always fixed the problem. They even accomodate emergency repairs as they did for me yesterday with a big water leak. I wish their prices weren't quiet so high, but I've been very pleased with the work and staff.

We took our RV to them for warranty work. They kept it for 11 months and did nothing to repair it. They did charge us $1,000.00 for new batteries (the batteries in our RV were only 1 year old.)We were never contacted about replacing them and of course they did not have the batteries they took out of our RV. Every time we went to check on the progress of the work, we were greeted with a very unprofessional attitude. I would not recommend them to anyone.
