Definitely among reviewers who wish I could give negative stars to this P.O.S "towing company."

The woman on the phone was rude, immature, and repeated herself like a broken record stating that the company won't do their job. According to her, the manager of my apartment complex said not to tow anyone for two weeks from my complex. This would make sense during working hours, as the complex is being re-roofed. However, there is clearly no roofing construction happening at 10:30pm on a Friday night.

I pay for my parking spot monthly, but due to this horrible "company's" work ethic, I can't park in the space I paid for.

You have one job, but hopefully you go out of business soon. It's definitely what this joke of business deserves.

If I could leave a review of 0 stars, I would do so. To say they are parasites is giving them credit.My vehicle was stolen from Seattle the day after Christmas 2011. Late yesterday afternoon (nearly 5 months after the car was stolen), I received the phone call from the King County sheriff's office letting me know my car had been recovered. It had been parked in some random apartment complex parking lot in Everett and subsequently abandoned. Mary's towing had the vehicle and I could call them to work out the details. Of course the police weren't called before the abandoned and clearly vandalized car was towed, nor did the company run the plates before the vehicle was towed, although that would seemingly be the logical thing to do. On the other hand, if these parasites practiced common sense or did the right thing or logical thing how would they possibly make their money?Regardless, I called them right away, and they informed me that I owed them $350 for the tow. Makes perfect sense that the person who's vehicle was stolen would be responsible for a tow that was never originally requested. As a doctor in downtown Seattle with a full patient load that day, I couldn't get to the vehicle before they closed at 5pm. I arrived today to pick up the car only to discover that they had charged me for the additional day of parking. After taxes, I had the option to either pay them $450 to recover my stolen car or turn over the vehicle, which I could "sell" to them for the cost of the tow and parking. How convenient. Given the fact that the rather old but trooper of a vehicle (a 1993 Honda) was stolen nearly half a year ago, I had no intention of giving them a penny to get a car back that I no longer needed. What a racket. It is an absurdity and injustice that a company like this continues to exist, but an even greater injustice that victims like me are subject to their parasitic activity.

I won't argue that my car didn't deserve to get towed. But Mary's Towing charge $457.00 for the two, I repeat TWO, hours that they had it. When I got there, they still were not done with paperwork. And what is worse is that you get the option to challenge their towing fee but it cost another $73 at a court house in Lynnwood. But Mary's is kind enough to make sure you don't have the money to do so.So if you are going to have someone's car towed don't call these extortionist unless you really hate the person.

Please do not use this company. They are unprofessional and seem to pay more attention to their trucks than their service. They keep the cars in an unlit lot with a fence, i.e., not much security.
