      The agents I've worked with at IA have integrity, are responsible, honest, and knowledgeable. Very friendly and I enjoy meeting with them.

      We haven't had to claim too much, so things were better for everybody. The one claim that we had was an accident in Wausau, and they were on the scene and took care of everything.

      I like the way they take care of their customers. My brother asked me where we had our insurance, and now he goes to IA too. We try to get everyone to go.
