10/6/14 I called regarding no heat from a 7 year old Lennox furnace they installed and had serviced over the years. Bert arrived and gave my wife a quote of $1,057 for a combustion blower. Stated he could not get part till next day. I called and complained about the price, they lowered it by $250.00 to $750.00 and had the part over and installed in 1 hour. I have been told and did my research that the blowers cost 250.00 wholesale . So install and service call was $500???? Very high, I wonder how many people pay $1,000 .

Our appointment with Belknap was met on time; 9:00am. Justin, our technician, started work after a brief survey of the job. All parts required for the job were brought in and unpacked. This job was to install central air conditioning onto our existing furnace, which had been installed previously by Belknap. The job was completed in about 5 hours. Justin did an outstanding job; very neat,clean and very professional. However the final checkout could not be done at this time because our fuse panel had to be changed/up graded. (See Zacher Electric). While the electrical panel was being installed and I got an estimated completion time. I then called Belknap and gave them the time the electrical would be done. Like clockwork Justin returned did the final checkout and explained the system features to me. I am very pleased with Belknap and will continue to use them in the future. I have now had them install A/C & Heating units in both my houses and all jobs have been superbly done!!

I just had a heat check done on my furnace that was close to 7 years old. The Tech (Fred) that came out was very friendly and honest. I have dealt with other Heating companies in the past and always felt the sales pressure from the Tech's. Fred cleaned my furnace and then went over everything with me in a language I could understand. Luckily my furnace is running good and I had no cracks in my heat exchanger. I will be calling Belknap back next year to do my heat check. Fantastice service!
