Came to Aspen Dental in Easley as a new patient staff was amazing! They were all very friendly and made you feel so welcome. Dr. Krotec is so gentle and very sweet she doesn't talk down to you or hide you she just helps you find a solution to make you smile again. The office staff was also very friendly and compassionate. I would highly recommend this office to everyone!

I went to get a set of dentures,I could not afford so I got a loan I wanted the best,Dr G. did a great job I was so happy with them! But I went to him one day not long after I had them because they became too loose,I didn't have the money to get them relined ,but he did make me an offer,but still I did not have the money so I have not gone back,I thought omg I paid so much for these dentures isn't there something they can do? So now iam finding myself gluing them in 10 times a day and even soft foods loosen them up! Im not saying anything bad about the service I just don't understand why they don't have some kind of help for people like me or anyone like me!! My dentures are still nice I like them I just wish I didn't have to keep gluing them in all day long! Toni.C

Have had three appointments for a specific problem. Each visit=over an hour in the waiting room AFTER my scheduled time. So very slow. Minimal communication from staff. They often don't know answers. Dentist is mediocre, although pleasant. So frustrated with wasted time in the waiting area ppb over critical about the remaining visit. If your time is important, go elsewhere

There in no one in that office that treats you with respect. Paid $14,000 DOLLARS for dentures that do not fit. They are to big for my mouth. I am going to go thru the refund process. Brought them many pictures of myself with a smile so they could match up my teeth. Instead I received bottom teeth that are twice as big as the top. All you can see is my bottom teeth..I look like a monster.

If I could give no stars I would. I waited 2 1/2 hr in the dentist chair and never saw a dentist. I then told them that I had to leave. They wanted my husband to sign up for dentures and a "treatment plan" that was expensive. Went to a reputable dentist in Greenville who saved his teeth and said the treatment plan was not needed. Never again!

NO FREE CONSULTATION FOR NEW PATIENTS FIRST VISIT.

Meaningless. I had my first visit as a new patient 2 months ago. I waited there for about 2 hours before the doctor even see me. After taking the x-rays I was sitting there for another hour for the doctor to talk to me about the results. Since i was really late for another appointment I had to leave the office and they said they would give me a call to follow up and give me the results and I NEVER received a call from them.

It is interesting when you receive a call from COLLECTION AGENCY. The first visit was suppose to be free and now after wasting my time for hours and getting NO results from the doctor, they are asking a money through COLLECTION AGENCY. This office is Absolutely a FRAUD.

Absolutely awful. Appointment is meaningless in this office. assume your whole day gone if you have an appointment with them. I had an appointment at 2. However i left the room angrily after i was sitted in the room for 2.5 hours and never visited the dentist. no management no responsibility no respect. I don't know anything about the dental work but I have enough reason not to even think about it again.

One star is too much and I never even made it to the office! After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment they called to reschedule the day before. They wanted me to wait another 2 weeks! In pain! They showed no courtesy and wouldn't budge on the appointment. I found another dentist. I recommend you do too!

Giving them a one star rating is being generous.Horrible incompetence, insane lack of follow thru and even worse actual dentistry.
Dont do it, dont make an appointment here. There are a lot of great facilities out there. However I have NEVER in my life delt with such quackery. From office staff, to managment and the actual doctors themselves! Shockingly Incompetent.
