      I went to this clinic 2 times to be diagnostic but received no help on the first visit in Feb. 2008 and tried again in March 2008 again diagnostic Evaluation with a female. All they would do for me is group therapy and should think about it to try it out. When I was going though speration from husband. But i never went back to them at all. now going to a better place in Apple Valley clinic that diagnostic me having depression. Over years getting statements from the clinic and not knowing for what since not my clinic. Recently found out billing me for group therapy for 2009 dates and who was the doctor name that i wasn't seeing. I had asked in the passed several times to have a statement of the visit but nothing come in the mail in till now. I had 10 days to pay over 200.00 of services never received and will put me in collection services non payment to this clinic.Along with charges small as 3.00 x 24 and 25.00 x 8. this clinic makes errors all the time even when my friend to this clin
