Business History

MYISHA Tax Consultant was originally founded in 1989 by Loretta Robinson, President and CEO. After working as an independent tax preparer and office manager for various other well established companies as well as maintaining her own small client base and volunteering to prepare taxes for the Accounting Aid Society for low income individuals, Loretta decided to focus her energy in expanding her clientele base by offering various other products and services which her felt were need by her clients and others in Detroit and the surrounding metropolitan areas. A graduate of Cass Tech High School Detroit Business Institute and with over 30 years of banking experience with what is now know as Chase Bank, her skills, analytical abilities and communication skills have allowed her to pursue her dreams of being a business owner and influence other individuals to do the same. In the year 2000 she started to partner with various companies and organizations to achieve this goal.
