      General Info
      Dr. Andrew W. Chan was born and raised in New York City, NY. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University in 1991. From there he worked as a Research Associate/Fund Accountant in a capital management firm in New York City. In 1994, Dr. Chan attended Columbia University, College of Dental Medicine and graduated in 1998 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery. He then completed a one year General Practice Residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, NY. He then went on and completed his two year Endodontic Residency at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA in 2001. Afterwards he then joined a group practice in Jenkintown, PA practicing until March 2003 when he moved to Iowa and opened his own practice, Central Iowa Endodontics in Des Moines and Marshalltown, IA.
