Laura has a large list of accomplishments including a national best selling book, "Feet First: A Guide to Foot Reflexology" (Fireside, Simon & Schuster) that has sold half million copies worldwide and has been translated into several foreign languages. Laura offers companion home study step-by-step Foot, Hand and Face Reflexology DVDs to help readers visualize and practice her unique techniques. Laura has also created a popular line of aromatherapy-based foot, hand and face products, including creams, soaks and fresheners, with 100% pure essential oils, herbs and botanicals. Laura Norman works with more than just the feet, hands, ears and face. Laura is also a Life Wellness Coach who works holistically with each person - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Laura combines her unique method of Reflexology with many modalities, including affirmative thinking/speaking, visualization/ imagery, color therapy, music therapy and aromatherapy, to support and inspire clients to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Laura Norman is the founder of the Laura Norman Holistic Reflexology Centers in New York City, The Berkshires, and South Florida where she and her staff offer private reflexology sessions and reflexology certification training programs. Laura is the foremost authority on Reflexology, and an educator with 3 Masters degrees in education. Laura is also a Nationally Board-Certified Reflexologist, Nationally Board-Certified Massage Therapist, Licensed Esthetician and Life Wellness Coach. For over 40 years Laura Norman has pursued her mission of making the science of Reflexology understood, appreciated and available around the world. To that end, Laura developed the most comprehensive Reflexology training programs available, and has trained thousands of people from all walks of life in her unique holistic method.
