On or about 25 February 2011 I signed a contract with Russie to sell my home in Casselberry. A few days later I left for my job in Kuwait. In 2 months the house was sold for 97% of the asking price. Using SKYPE and emails with me she was able to coordinate all the necessary items to make the sale. No mean task but thanks to modern communications which Russie utilized expertly we sold the home. This effort included coordinating inspections, mail to and from Kuwait, follow-up, loan closeouts, furniture removal, time zone differences, etc. She is top notch, professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond.



I don't know when I will buy another home but you can bet that if it is in the area Russie has oversight then she will be THE one and only person I want to coordinate my purchase through.
