      Scheduled more than 6 months in advance, provided insurance information up front. On the day of the appointment they office staff spent so long screwing up verifying or insurance that they then told us they didn't have time to see me and wouldn't be a less to schedule me until over 6 months from now. They actually tried to blame me for their failure. Very unprofessional, unpleasant staff, and obviously poorly managed.
