0For anyone to allow a review of their 'LOCAL' service by a Chinese mousepad company, much less a .com to be #1 on their site, just shows their total ignorance of computers.

Not a local service, and they aren't very helpful.
says they are local but just an out source service, they will have you send your machine out for service
