Brainiac PomMom-they are available 24 hours meaning if you call-your call will be answered and you will find assistance. It doesnt mean the office is open 24 hours-that would be impossible. Common Sense!

My dog just had surgery there and I was VERY impressed with the doctors and staff there! They take all the time you need, before and after surgery, discussing everything with you. And you really can tell they LOVE the animals and give them the very best care possible. I definitely would recommend them to anyone!
