Would not go anywhere else! They always work with you to give you the best service, I have been doing Business with aul for a long time!
This business is so honest and friendly. Took my lap top there and thought it needed a new button...all it was it needed a new power cord. Any other place would have charged you a high dollar. Also needed flash drive USB port that would run my sewing software. They had one and they told me if it didn't work to bring it back. I couldn't get it to work...took my laptop in and the gentleman did research and found out it was not compatible with my laptop. I bought an older tower wirh XP on it and he set everything up and now I can use all of my machines and software. I could not be more pleased with their service and professionalism. I hope they stay in business for a long time. I highly recommend them to everyone.
I have been going to see Paul and Patty at Clio Computers for a few years. They did many repairs on worn out parts on my old tower, many times for free or not charging me the "bench fee" when I had to buy a new component. After my tower became very obsolete and crashed more frequently than I care to remember I had Paul rebuild it. He asked my budget and numerous questions about what I would be using the computer for, gaming. When I priced the components he used on NewEgg.com I found that it was actually cheaper to have Paul provide the parts and build it. Now my computer runs great and a few of my friends that I game with are pretty jelly of my setup and how cheap I got it all done.
