I've been going to Dr.Brilliant for 15 years now. He has a good manner about him, very calm and caring. I've taken both my daughter's to him also. I give him a 5 star rating because he's earned it.

Best Optometrist yet. My sister-in-law recommended Dr. Brill after seeing three different eye doctors to figure out why my eyes were so irritated and uncomfortable. It's a 25 minute drive for me but totally worth it. I found my new eye doctor. After a change in contact lenses (from monthly to 1-days) and some lubricated eye drops, my eyes feel amazing. He's very thorough and knows his sh*t.

I'll never go back, he constantly spoke about other patient situations that were quite frightning to my daughter (11 yrs old) which I found to be very unprofessional, didn't have lenses in when promised. Ended up having to take my daughter to her original eye doctor, who's professional opinion was very different, far more positive. Only reason we went there to begin with is because the hours of operation were more convenient and I have friends who highly recommend Walmart's vision centers.... they all go to the one in Oldsmar, my mistake in assuming all of them would be equally good.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Brill for several years now. We even take our grandchildren to him because we trust him so well. Just as Guest80584 says, he is a thinker. He takes the whole health of the eye into consideration. My husband has been seeing optometrists and opthamologists since he was a child. He reports that he has never had the kind of thorough care Dr. Brill gives. I have had occasional episodes of iritis. After seeing several opthamoligists, it was Dr. Brill who finally diagnosed and successfully treated the condition. I would (and have) refer him to anyone looking for a good optometrist who sincerely cares about the total health of the eye.

This guy is a thinker not just book smart. He cares about his work so naturally you get what is best for your individual needs. I had unfitting contact lenses from a previous eye doctor at a different location and they fell out more than occassionally. I just thought it was normal. Dr. Brill dicovered this on his own not by a complaint that I mentioned. My appointment was just for a routine eye exam. I've been swimming with my lenses, surfing, boogie boarding in Cocoa and my lenses don't even flip over or get lost under my eye lid when I rub my allergy itchy eyes. So there you go. A GOOD eye Doctor !!
