      North Valley Dermatology is now closed permanently. Due to the COVID-19 virus, some changes have been made in the processing of your medical record requests. For those patients who have already submitted a written request to continue their care with Dr. Vannucci, he will maintain your existing paper medical record. For all other patients of Dr. Sajben, your record has been converted to an electronic format. If you have already requested your records to be sent to another provider, an electronic copy will be sent to them. If you have requested a copy to be sent to yourself, we ask you to coordinate with your new dermatology provider to request a copy. To avoid contagion, we would rather not send you a paper copy.
