When our truck was recovered after being stolen, we placed a call to Star Towing in Casa Grande & then got the shock of our life...A $2039.00 bill had to be paid in order to get our truck out of impound. They charged us 2 times for THEIR error on not sending the right type of vehicle to do the pick up in the desert. So we were charged 5 hours labor for a regular tow truck AND a flat bed truck. They charged us 5 days impound fees even though the day we were notified that it was there, we went to pick it up. I could go on & on, but I'm sure by now you get the picture. We have spoken to Arizona DPS & local law enforcement & they were even angered by Star Towing's outlandish fees. We are in the process of finding out what our rights are & if they can by law, get away with this kind of crime. Bottom line, if you need a towing company in Casa Grande, call a Phoenix based company, I'm sure they would be cheaper!
