Be prepared! This dental office try's to up sell, beyond what DMO coverage you have. I was told the higher price fillings were all they did. Found out they do the metal fillings that are paid at 100%, just want to do the higher cost ones. Also, on Crowns or bridges they try to up sell on more expensive ones than the metal that doesn't show anyway.

My husband went here to have a tooth pulled. 1 month later he was having pain in the area of the tooth. Went to another dentist and found that part of the tooth was still in there! Had to pay again to have the rest removed. My advise- find another dentist.

They go above and beyond to ensure i receive the best experience at each visit. There prices are some of the lowest I've heard of! I make sure my family gets nothing but the best so obviously I wont go to anyone other than Dr. Potyczka and his staff!!!!!

I had taken the kid here to get thier teeth cleaned then went in myself. All I asked for was a simple cleaning, (covered 100% by insurance)they wanted to do a cleaning not covered by insurance. I told them to do the one covered by insurance, they refussed and said they could only do the other one and charge me $$$. I like to be in control of my health and family budget and don't have time for a run around. I would never use these folks again.

Congratulations to the entire staff at DM Family Dentistry! I came as a new patient in May 2009, and I was impressed. The new office is modern, all the equipment is new, and the staff is excellent. Dr. Dill, Christine (hygenist), and June (front desk)... you all worked so professionally, and you made me feel so welcomed. There were others in the office as well, and everyone wore a smile. I've been going to this spotless office forever and have seen the same friendly, knowledgeable people working here. The dentist and his staff all love their work, and have done a wonderful job on all of our teeth for years. My teeth are pearly white, perfectly straight, and cavity free because of them. I wish there were surgeons out there as good as this dentist!!

I had a bad experience with this DENTIST? Is he one? Is his staff even certified? A kid by the name of Andrea was overheard by my husband talking about how she slept with the dentist for money. This is so unprofessional. My husband is so upset by this. He is reporting her to the board of dentistry. I would not reccomend this dentist to anyone. And I would for sure watch out for this Andrea kid. She seems to be a slut who likes to have sex with people for money.-An unhappy customer.
