My sewer to the street backed up on Sunday before Labor Day. I tried calling other sewer cleaning businesses and they all said call back tomorrow. I called Roto-Rooter and within a half an hour I had Steve at my house. Thirty minutes after Steve arrived he found a plug 24’ inside my sewer line. Steve cleared the plug, cleaned up and was gone. Excellent job, considering the time, day of the week and holiday weekend. Couldn’t be happier.

Came home late in the evening to a broken sump pump and a basement full of water, ankle deep in some areas. Rotorooter sent someone out the same night and he was able to replace the pump and get rid of the water before worse damage could be done. Very appreciative!

They instilled great confidence in their abilities ! Called another company at first - gave me an appointment for a week away. Called this outfit and they were in my driveway in an hour. Spent money on this project - as far as I can tell I got exactly what I contracted for . Very pleased indeed - will have them back for some indoor work !

The service technician arrived within an hour of the call I made. He looked professional and was polite. He worked quickly even though the utility sinks had of course drained by the time he got here. He helped with some diagnostics and suggested future maintenance strategies. He also happened to be super cute, ask for Matt lol. I would definitely use this company for future issues or work I will be having done.

We had a clog in our bathroom that was backing up into the shower. On a Sunday, I called and within an hour David was there and stayed for 2 hours until the clog was released. Price was explained up front. Next Sunday, we had another clog and James arrived and scoped the pipes, which resulted in the pipes clearing right away. He provided a clear picture of what was occurring and offered advice and a product for dealing with our scaling cast iron pipes. He also took a look at the water heater and downstairs bath, which have some issues. I will definitely give RR a call when the time comes to deal with those items. Meanwhile, very satisfied at the timely, professional and courteous service

The experience was seamless. It was rather pricey as others have noted but it is what you pay for. Matt came on a Wednesday and returned on a Sunday no additional cost. He was very knowledgeable and even gave us a few tips. Was able to clear the main drainage from our tub in a matter of a half hour. Came with a 6-month warranty. Never have I ever been more relieved to have our tub draining again!

He was professional and polite and even advised on some other plumbing issues and gave suggestions. He cleared the blockages in the main sewer line and scoped a camera down there and explain the condition of the pipe.
