I have been working with these people on two different RV that I have owned over the last 10 years. They have always come through for me on any problem that has came up, and I have had some bade ones. They do the research on the equipment and get it fixed the first time. They work with your warranty program and find you the best deal to save you money. Great people to work with and has always can through for me to keep me and my wife on the road. You cant go wrong with this team of personnel looking after your RV .

Have you ever been cursed at and called names by someone who you just paid $700 to? Not a fun experience, and unfortunately that is exactly what we went through at Affordable RV Repair.
We brought our camper in for some maintenance and a "get ready and go" package. We learned pretty quickly that our camper has some major issues and were quoted nearly $5,000 in work without even having the "get ready and go" done. They had already done $700 in work when we finally called it, and said we would come pick it up.
We were told by the front desk gal/co-owner Jennifer (who was very nice and helpful) that our Camper was going to be incredibly precarious to load due to the wood rot on the sides, and that her husband/co-owner had to be there to load it because, "He is the only one who knows how to handle it." We obliged, even though we have loaded it countless times without issue. When we arrived her husband asked for my keys, and jumped in my truck without talking to us about what had been done or explaining any of his concerns about the camper. I did ask him before he ran out the door if he had ensured that our camper was not leaking as I had noticed it had not been covered despite my leaving very clear written instructions to cover it, as well as a tarp and tie downs, if it started raining. He said he didn't know anything about those instructions, kind of shrugged it off and left.
When we got outside, he was already working on loading it, and again, explained nothing despite the fact that it was clear he was having issues with the jacks. He did call out that our mattress was not wet, as had been my primary concern. He figured the jack issue out, then got into my truck and proceeded to back into the camper, bumping my truck into it, hard, repeatedly. We have loaded this camper numerous times and have NEVER bumped it. After watching this happen over and over again, my partner, who was getting upset, walked over and told him that it was incredibly distressing to watch him slam into the camper, and how could that be ok if it was as unstable as Jennifer had said. He then started screaming, "F*ck you! You f*cking a**hole! Just get the h*ll out of here!" He then stormed off, and one of his staff members who had been helping him finished up and handed my keys off. This occurred a little over a week ago and I waited to write a review on the chance that they would call us to apologize. That has not happened, so I am writing a review as I sincerely hope no one else has to deal with such aggressive and abusive behavior in the future...But perhaps he deals differently with men, so it could be worth the gamble as I will say that the work that they did do seems to be high quality.

Had problems with jimmyrigging because they didn't know what they were doing or wanted to get it done quickly. They would never own up to anything. Had to find our own answers from other places and have someone else get the job done. I would never recommend this company because of their work and the way they do business. If you had a good experience with them you were just lucky.

I can always count on Brian and Mark to take the best care of my rig. They answer questions and make suggestions.

I droped my RV off on a sunday night for many repairs. And I was able to pick it up the fallowing monday after work. And all the repairs were done wright at a very fair price! When I need service agin I will use Affordable RV!

They did a great job on my trailer.
