I've used this place before and my dog was treated just fine. They were friendly. It was on a big lot and the dogs received lots of attention. Some people are just idiots to assume a kennel wouldn't need up-to-date shot records. Even if it's just by days, that can really screw up the dogs that are already there to include your own. Have your ducks in a row before you complain about perfectly good kennels.

I was reffered to this place from a family member, and i'm not usually a complainer at all, but I was extremely disapointed. The owner is rude and evidently doesn't like her job. I brought them there on 2 seperate occasions and finally learned my lesson. The first time i dropped them off i waited in the unattended lobby for 20 minutes with animals that were not being watched. When my husband picked them up, he was told that our yorkie kept escaping... which was alarming to me that he was able to get out of the facility. Thankfully our dog kept coming to the front door for them to let him back in. He is by no means the smallest dog they must look after, he is 6lbs and much larger than most chihuahua's or many other small breeds. On the second occasion I made an appointment with them a month in advance to drop my dogs off for one night. On our way out of town we drove from Biloxi, way out of our way, and when we got there she informed me that they could not stay b/c their shots records were outdated by days, and the vet that we used was closed for the day. We made that appointment a month prior and was never informed that they needed our updated shot records. They could have let us know that when we made the appointment or they have our numbers on file and could have easily called us to let us know . I could have had the records faxed way earlier, instead of driving all the way to Gulfport to be told that they could not keep them. We had to delay our trip due to trying to find another place for our dogs to go. I recently had a friend who also had problems with the same kennel, and with the owner being unfriendly, I don't reccomend them to anyone!
