      I was really impressed with the professionalism and service I received at the salon. Marquisia was my stylist and she listened and addressed all my needs. I liked the energy of the place, it was very comfortable and well decorated.



      I have very sensitive scalp and I'm usually very apprehensive about getting touch-ups. She thoroughly based my scalp so I didn't burn or feel any discomfort and I had about three months on new growth.



      I shared with her my frustrations about my dry hair and she gave me a scientific explanation as why it might be dry, she even used the products that she suggested on my hair. I was so satisfied with the results I brought some for home use.



      She was also very intuitive about my styling needs, and styled my hair just right, like she read my mind. I got so many wonderful comments about my hair.



      She was also very personable and friendly; she didn't talk too much but then she didn't totally ignore me.



      She exceeded my expectations in so many categories!

The owner, Marquisia, has been a hairstylist for 10 years, working in Washington DC and Laurel MD. She has been servicing the Metropolitan area and has grown a large following.
