When you hear that you don't have a case or receive harassing remarks of your condition at work its nice to know that you have someone on the other side of the phone who can say "ignore them." Its hard enough working through a process like this but when Patty, secretary, is able to help too. These two seemed to help me and schedule appointments around my long work schedule and not around there's.
