      I gave one star for food because after the incident we had at this location we didn't stay to eat. I love Mercado Juarez, best hot sauce ever but I would recommend the fort worth location. Unless you want service like your at Dicks last resort!

      Food was great until I found an eight inch piece of hair tightly wound around a chip. Pointed it out to waitress and brought more chips. Told cashier about it and called manager. Waited about fifteen minutes. Cashier got tired of waiting and cashed me out. Continued waiting on manager for several more minutes. Made excuses and offered me a free dessert on next visit. Told me since I had already paid it was all he could do. Will not be going back. Not when I can get just as good as food at Abuelo's.

      Food was ok. But I deducted one star because the rice has peas and one star because the salsa taste too much like it is watered down with tomato sauce. A Mexican restaurant salsa should be one of it's strong points. Not so much here.

      The express lunch is a great and inexpensive idea. We all go there weekly, with no fear of being late back to work.

      Very good Tex Mex food. Warm salsa is excellent and they give tortillas with your meal. They have a "quick lunch" section of the restaurant that has a limited lunch menu but at special pricing with very fast service. Great chicken tortillas soup as well.

      Love the fajitas

      Our family likes to meet here since we are scattered all over the metroplex. The kids love the chicken rings, and the adults go mostly for the chicken fajitas. The service has always been good.

      Head on over to Mercado Juarez when you need your Mexican-food fix. The food is excellent and the service is charming and kind. They also do this great lunch deal - pre-selected menu for very little $$ - your tummy will thank you!!
