Fast, Professional, Thorough!
Roto Rooter came in on a Sunday morning and addressed my toilet flushing mechanism issues in a fast expedient manner while explaining to me in detail the issue at hand. They were very attentive to my needs.
Great experience with using Roto Rooter. The technicians assigned to my job were courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional in addressing my plumbing and drainage issue. Special thanks to Myron Owens and Charles Hayes who were determined to resolve my problem and they worked well into the evening fixing my sewer line.

While we had no issue with the quality of work, we were shocked/disappointed to learn the cost to replace a sink garbage disposal - labor was 3 times the cost of the part and time on the job was @40 minutes to complete work. We will think twice before using Roto-Rooter again as well as recommending them.
