Family Danz installed a new furnace in my house. A few years later my central air needed replacement. I hired a different contractor. When installing the coil above the furnace, the contractor removed duct tape between the plenum and the furnace. There was an open gap of about 2-3 inches between the 2. This could create a dangerous situation. The contractor corrected the improper installation.

Called with a problem told them a zone in the house was frozen, that they installed. Tech shows up and says yes it's frozen and says YOU NEED to thaw it out and we can add more glycol to the system, then proceeds to ask for a check for $100.00 service call I refused to pay it, UM HELLO I called you to fix the problem not confirm my diagnosis. They returned the following day today 1/9/15 for 1 hour and added 10 gallons of gallons of glycol to the system and charged me $551.00 plus tax!! Avoid this company at all costs!! So they got there $100.00 and some, but what comes around goes around, with service like this they will be out of business in the near future. Make sure you share your reviews here so no one else gets robbed by Family Danz. You know the old saying Family will Screw you first, I guess it's true.
0The woman who answered the phone blew me off, saying she never heard of Sprakers, NY, after I inquired about an emergency furnace and hot water heater replacement for an animal sanctuary there this morning. Really rude and off putting. Turns out that I gave a competitor contractor the job! F for customer service

Anytime you need heat or a/c or heat, call Family Danz. I have been using Family Danz for many years and they are a family owned business and they really do treat their customers like family. I have been recommending them to everyone. Great company to do business with.

The serviceman arrived on time and my air conditioner was fixed the same day. He was very polite and professional.
I was having trouble with Air Conditioner. I called Family Danz and was greeted by a wonderful woman on the phone who told me that she would send someone over within an hour. After a short wait a service man pulled up with a great big smile and very professionally dressed. He got right to the issue and fixed the problem. The price was great and was well worth it. I am recommending these guys to all my family and friends.
