      General Info
      Located in Yuba City, Calif., Park Avenue Elementary School is operated by the Yuba City Unified School District, and offers classes from grades kindergarten through fifth. The school offers a wide range of educational and extracurricular programs to provide students with the skills, innovative concepts, problem solving abilities, and self-confidence necessary to be responsible members of the society. Its curriculum includes English, science, social studies, mathematics, performing and visual arts, and music. It also provides field trips and choir programs, and various extracurricular activities, including volleyball, basketball, football and softball. The elementary school has a fully equipped library and computer laboratory, and also provides various after school programs. The school enrolls more than 550 students, and offers meal and transportation services as well. Yuba City Unified School District comprises more than 18 schools, and serves over 12,000 students in Sutter County, Calif.
