Visted yesterday for the first time. Best jewelry store I've ever been to by far. It was the 3rd place I'd went to to try to sell my ring. They gave me a much better offer then the other 2 stores. She offered to polish/clean the ring I was wearing for free and even made me an awesome cup of coffee while I waited. My ring looks amazing now. Staff was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The jewelry there was very beautiful and unique.

This summer my son who was at boot-camp for the army, he and his girlfriend got engaged. We had to order the rings while he was gone, he camp back a week before the wedding and the ring was 2 sizes too big. My sons girlfriend had a major break done and was so upset because the lack of time we had. JinJou helped us so much she let us have another ring and got it engraved in time. She didn't charge us twice, she only made them pay for one ring, not the wrong size one that I made the mistake on the size. It was amazing. Her and her staff really showed great character that day. I was able to select the gem stone I wanted and marry it to the right setting for my active lifestyle. Now even when I stop in to see new stones that Jin Jou brings back from the mines, she will clean my rings as a courtesy without my asking -service and friendly atmosphere. Worth the visit.
