This is horrible. I paid these people $1500.00 in October of 2015 to do my daughters bankruptcy and 4 months later they are still asking for more paperwork. The office person (Joanne) is doing all the work and the attorney is absent. I have been told many times that they have all they need only to find out that they are asking my daughter for paperwork; most of which she has already sent! Now, Joanne (receptionist?) won't even answer the phone (directly to her desk is 530-302-3359) when I call. She has told so many erroneous things and nothing seems to be getting done. You would be better hiring a statue with pigeon droppings than DeArmond. At least a statue will not whine about having too much work so they just can't get to the stuff for which you've already paid.
