worst computer repair shop they did the following: -deleted my paid for antivirus AND registry cleaner programs -installed trial version antivirus w/3 other programs -failed to delete viruses -belittled myself and on a seperate occasion my wife -Scratched my laptop cover by spinning it upside down on a desk-so much for me reselling it in mint condition -changed my personal settings I have went to them 5 times(for the sake of convenience) over my life (the last 2x in a week because they failed to fix the issue. Each and every time they mess something up. I'm so sick of this company installing junk trial versions of software. It irritates me more when they delete 2 of my programs after I paid for a 1 year subscription on each. I appologize for Trendmicro antivirus not living up top their high expectations.

Reasonable, cheerful, prompt, efficient and practical. They are very tolerant of aging fogies like me!

They were instrumental in repairing a poorly designed network system made by Adivad Technologies. They worked around our work schedule, and we never skipped a beat. Even worked on Jan 1. New system works flawlessly, without any problems. Jan and Ed at Microcosm are the only people you should be going to.
