Mountain lumber is fantastic , I had an emergency situation that required I break in proof my home, i had no idea what I needed and honestly wasn't thinking clearly. An employee named Charlie came up to me and asked if I needed help, not NLT did he help me but he calmed me down and went way beyond what even my friends would have done...I will go there at least as long as he is there.

This is whee I go for almost all of my lumber needs. They have an excellent selection of wood and materials in their lot, ranging from smaller stuff all the way up to large structural timbers. For a small rural shop, they've got quite a selection. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing is reasonable. Their tool selection is fair for a small town like Yelm, but if you're looking for something specific, you might want to try a larger store.

I highly recomment that you patronize them in the morning. The older guys seem to have an attitude after noon from the night before.
