      Very unprofessional, the people answering the phones in the front knew more about my business and the outcome of my case than my case worker without looking anything up on the computer. So clearly they discuss your business throughout the entire office. Unless their employees just snoop in and out of the system in other people business. Its not like I had ever talked to the woman about my case!
