poor service and bad attitude. They had my string trimmer for over three weeks and made excusses as to why it was not being worked on. When they did call it was to tell me that it was going to be another week and a half due to them ordering the wrong part. Constant nasty attitdue from the works who acts like your bothering them when asking about my trimmer. Do not do business with them they will only frustrate you and not follow through with fixing your products.

I ordered funeral flowers from marrazzos. Big mistake! The flower arrangements were either missing or completely different from what they showed me. Roses and lillies were substituted with carnations. The large father arrangement never showed. The arrangements were mostly pink though I requested absolutely no pink flowers. After a few phone calls I was able to get reimbursed for the missing flowers. They were very rude and offered no apology or explanation. I would not recommend them based on the unproffesionalism and lack of reliability. They made a difficult time even worse.

Marrazzo's is a fantastic florist. Their work is impeccable - they did the bouquets for a family wedding and just did a beautiful job. Don't hesitate to give them a try - you won't be disappointed.
