Please for your sanity, STAY AWAY ! Grove St., Worcester MA was who I made the mistake of going to. It was a horrible experience all due to the unprofessional care given by loan offer and staff. I have many friends and family who have purchased homes and never went through the experience I did. make sure you do your homework and get references. A few calls will be well worth the aggravation to avoid a company like this.

Company used to be good, but now no body ever calls you back. Website is intimidating and confusing. Too many branches and none of them can or will comunicate with each other. Go somewhere else.
