      I am so disappointed with Leather Cord Usa. We have been doing business with them for over a year, and have been increasingly concerned about their customer service. On our latest order we received leather that was in no way similar to the picture on their website or previous orders we had received. We paid shipping to purchase and return this leather. The company would not take accountability for their sending out an inferior product. We will no longer be doing business with them because of their unethical business practices.

      Awful customer care.. worst people to deal with ever.. NEVER AGAIN!! i ordered product received my square braided leather only to notice it was not square. the braid spiraled i called to let them know(had order once before and had no complaints) this time they proceed to argue.. pft come on people u serious.. NEVER AGAIN

Our dyes are exclusively made by BASF and Clariant; the world’s leaders in dyes and commercial coloring. All our dyes are certified 100% Lead-Free and meet all requirements of the German Goods Ordinance, REACH (European Union), RoSH (U.K.), and CPSIA (U.S.) which require consumer goods to be free of Lead, AZO’s and carcinogenic chemicals. As manufacturers, our product and color possibilities are endless! We stock the most popular items available for immediate delivery. If you require a special color, or a special size that we do not stock, simply contact us. Your custom order will usually arrive within 45 days of ordering. Braided cord can be manufactured in ANY color from our round cord colors, or ANY color combination. We braid from 2.5mm up to 20mm. The only limit is your imagination! Our in house design staff can assist in every aspect of making your ideas a reality. We also have the lowest minimums for custom orders in the industry.
