I have had terrible experience with this office. The billing staff filed my daughters insurance incorrectly, I received one (1) notice from them. I called the office immediately and thought that it was straightned out. I asked that they call me if there were any more problems before they turned the account over to a collection agency. I did not receive any more correspondence from the office but 2 months later got a call at work from a COLLECTION AGENCY. It appears to me the office didn't even try to get the problem fixed they just waited 2 months and turned it over to collections and when I called to find out what was going on they told me that I needed to call my insurance company and get this fixed. If they had just told me that I needed to do THEIR job I would have taken care of it 2 months ago!!

You ever notice that the only people that really leave reviews are the ones that have only been there once and didn't have such a great experience...maybe were having a bad day? (as most are when they're children are sick)Dr. Heaven is a wonderful doctor, both of my children have been in her care for 4 years now....she has called me too on a FRIDAY night to check on my son.The girls on staff are very sweet and always do all they can to fit you in THAT day.Because Dr. Heaven is such a wonderful doctor I have seen the number of clients double in size which is going to cause longer waits and the staff to be more busy...but if you want the best, you have to be patient with the rest!!!

The doctors are great, but the administrative staff is not too friendly.

I cannot say that i really like this place i have taken my daughters there and had a bad experience twice one even they have lost all ercord of the first visit, and it did not seem to bother them very much, i even had a picture of the visit

We just love Dr. Heaven. She even called me back on a Sunday about my daughter and she is very caring and understanding. As for the office staff everyone have been pretty nice...... I did not care for the male doctor in the practice but we do LOVE DR. HEAVEN.

I had an unpleasant experience and will not be going back there. Good luck if you use them, I hope the office staff will be courteous and the doctors will concerned about you child's well being.
