Will never go back. Worst customer service ever. I took my 5 yr old daughter to get her nails painted for Christmas and had me wait for like 1/2hr. A girl walked in after me who had to leave within an hour and wanted a manicure and pedicure. She received service right away. 2 girls were working on her at the same time. One giving her the manicure while the other one was doing her pedicure and during this time my daughter was still waiting.
When they finally decided to work on my daughters nails, they refused to do a little Christmas design on her nails because her nails were too "small". This was the first time my daughter was getting her nails done and was super excited otherwise I would have left when they had us wait for so long. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone was amazing.. They stayed late to do full sets,and pampered my daughter before her 7 th birthday. I love Joann. She did a great job.

Extremely bad service. I went and got a manicure and pedicure there. The guy sliced my finger and a chunk of my skin came off. It was horrible. On top of that, he didn't even offer me a discount or apologize. Instead he said to me, "Oh. Did you feel that?" I paid for the pedicure but did not want to pay for the manicure because I bled so much. He wanted me to pay full price and there was no way I was doing that! Do not go here. The workers are very rude and the work is not satisfactory.
